Headwater Bungalow

The renovation of a 1920’s Spanish bungalow and surrounding site initiated the design of a courtyard anchored by four palms and a small Moorish fountain. Above the courtyard, a symbolic spring supplies a canal and a small pool.

Internally, a new reception, sunroom, kitchen, and master bath reinforced the architectural vocabulary.
