Carriqui

Carriqui began as a family run general store and tavern in the late 19th century, with the Boehler family residing on the second floor for more than 100 years. By the late 20th century, the surrounding agrarian community had transformed into an eclectic industrial neighborhood, and the building had fallen into disrepair. In the 21st century, it was thoughtfully restored, and the site redesigned to include a collection of new structures and inner courtyards.
